For Manufacturing CRGO laminations, we have a full fledged Slitting line, Manual & power operated Shearing Machines, Notching Machines, Power Presses, Digital Iron Loss Testers, Epstein Testers as well as a fully equipped tool room. We use high quality Japanese measuring instruments to maintain the dimensional accuracy at highest level.

We also own different surface cum edge grinding machines, on which we grinding the shearing blades at a predefined interval, to minimize formation of Burrs and Edges in the material, which in turn eliminates the need of de-burring as well as create least possible stress in grains of CRGO material, improving the overall quality of material with lower core losses.

In Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals Division, we have large manufacturing facility of processing 100 Mts of Essential Oils per month, with 8 fractionation columns, several reactors, chillers, etc.
